INPI Service Line has a new phone contact

As of the 1st of December, INPI Line has a new phone contact - 218 818 188. The number 808 200 689 has thus been disabled.

INPI's public service, trough phone, maintains its opening hours, every working day, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Users may also contact INPI by email address to servico.publico@inpi.pt.

The face-to-face service remains, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, at INPI’s premises located at Rua da Alfândega, nº 15, in Lisbon. Users may previously schedule the face-to-face appointment at INPI website.

We recall that INPI also maintains the online attendance service available through Teams electronic platform, scheduling previously the appointment by email to agendamento.online@inpi.pt.​

INPI Public Service is intended to clarify doubts about trademarks, patents or other types of Industrial Property Rights. In face-to-face service, it is also possible to submit applications.
