e-Signature Toolkit

Under the “PT-eIDAS: Authentication and eSignature in Portuguese services” action (action 2018-PT-IA0045 co-financed by the EC CEF Telecom programme) the consortium coordinated by INPI and composed by IGAC and Linkare TI disclosed as an Open Code a digital e-signature toolkit solution that was developed within the framework of this Action.

This toolkit is based on Assinare and complies with the eIDAS regulation: Regulation (EU) No.910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 23^rd July 2014, on Electronic Identification and Trust  Services for Electronic Transactions in the Internal Market.

This solution enables the integration of Digital Signature processes using the Portuguese Citizen Card [id card] in online applications. It provides other features,  such as information parameterization/configuration associated to the signature; possibility of batch signature and also the inclusion of Timestamp and Log Term Validation, in line with the eIDAS.
