Portuguese Summaries of Relevant Studies in the Intellectual Property Area

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), through the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights, has been working in collaboration with other organisations to publish a series of studies on the use of Intellectual Property (IP) and impact on the economy, as well as on the effects of the IP rights infringements in a wide range of areas.

Considering that the issues addressed and the data obtained are of significant interest, INPI produced summaries in Portuguese of some of the studies, in order not only to highlight and make more accessible the conclusions regarding our country, but also to disseminate the latest economic and statistical information on Intellectual Property in Europe and the world.

Note: the summaries are merely informative and do not exempt the consultation of the original studies, which are authored by the offices mentioned there.
