New Channel of Communication
The diversification of INPI’s channels of communication leads to the launching of a new channel: Online Appointment, using an electronic platform (Microsoft Teams).
With the purpose of providing citizens and businesses the access to information and to its services, INPI has invested in diversifying its communication channels, namely: Contact Center (Blue Line), Email, Face-to-face service and now through Online Customer Service.
With this new communication channel, the customer may have an online meeting with INPI’s customer service using an electronic platform (Teams), therefore enjoying a faster, more comfortable and - in view of the current pandemic situation - safer response.
This new communication solution was activated on December 4th, 2020.

By accessing the following link https://inpi.justica.gov.pt/Servicos/Agendamento you may choose the day and time for accessing our services at INPI’s headquarters (Campo das Cebolas – Lisbon).
Scheduling an online appointment
By sending an e-mail to agendamento.online@inpi.pt you may choose the day and time for accessing our services via electronic platform. Scheduling is subject to availability. If the chosen date and time are available, you will receive an invitation in your e-mail account through Microsoft Teams platform. If there is no availability for the chosen date and time, you will be informed accordingly.
